White Wines
2012 Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from our Waterford vineyard, half fermented and aged in neutral oak and the other half in stainless steel. Once blended together, the result is a wonderful crisp, yet savory wine with a supple palate and beautiful acidity. With hints of lemongrass and citrus, this wine pairs excellently with all types of seafood.

2011 Chardonnay
Aged five months in both new and neutral French and American barrels, then blended. The result is a lighter-bodied Chardonnay, more tropical and crisp than buttery.

2011 LoCo Vino
This is a 50/50 blend of Traminette and Vidal Blanc. It is a light-bodied, fresh white wine with overtones of citrus zest, pear and apple. It is cold fermented in stainless steel. Enjoy with cheeses, salads, or crab cakes. It also pairs perfectly with summer evenings on your deck or patio!

Rosé Wine
2012 Pink Link
100% Merlot grapes from our Furnace Mountain vineyard. These grapes are harvested early with the white grapes and sit on the skins for one day before pressing, giving the wine a soft pink color. Fermented totally dry, this rosé has a huge green strawberry presence on the nose, followed by a full, but soft palate.
