If you love our wines, we invite you to join one of the best wine clubs in Northern Virginia.

Our Wine Clubs enjoys special benefits and events, as well as wine crafted exclusively for them. You may choose to collect your wines at the Winery as part of our quarterly Pick-Up Club, or have them shipped quarterly or semi-annually as part of our Ship-To Club.

The Details

Must be 21 or older
One year commitment: 3 bottle quarterly allotments or 6 bottle allotments twice a year (Ship-To Club only)
Quarterly wine cost: approximately $75–$85; semi-annual wine cost: approximately $150–$170

Terms & Conditions

For quarterly allotments, your credit card on file will automatically be charged on or about March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1
For semi-annual allotments, your card will be charged on or about March 1 and September 1
After two consecutive declined credit card charges, 8 Chains North will cancel customer’s membership and member will forfeit all benefits
Wines not picked up within six months of quarterly release will be forfeited; there are no refunds on forfeited wines
There is a $50 cancellation fee for memberships canceled prior to the annual commitment
Shipping and packaging fees apply for Ship-To Clubs

Yes. We start with a winemaker recommendation that you may modify with any available wines

You can modify your selections to any of the available wines

How do I update my billing, address, or wine preferences?

You will have your own login to the pickup or ship to marketplace to make modifications to your account

When will my credit card be charged?

We send out an email notifiication at least a week in advance of each quarterly run to let you know when your credit card will be charged.

How can I update my payment information?

You will have your own login to the pickup or ship to marketplace to make modifications to your account

What happens if my card is declined?

You will get an email letting you know and we will follow up with you to make sure everyting is OK

Can I give a wine club membership as a gift?

Yes, we have specialized 1/2 year and full year membership gifts

Will the gift recipient receive notifications or tasting notes?

Yes, They will receive notification of each quartlery allotment.

Can multiple people share one membership?

No, but each membership allows for one guest to share in some of the benefits.

How do I cancel my membership?

How long do I have to pick up my wines?

We keep your wines for up to 6 months

Can a friend or family member pick up on my behalf?

How will I be notified about upcoming shipments?

You will receive email notification at least a week in advance of each quarterly run with details

Where can I find tracking information for my wine shipment?

Your emailed receipt will have tracking information included
