Food truck Buena’Dillas is here today. Made fresh each day, their globally inspired quesadillas are mouthwatering goodness. Chef owner and operator, John-Michael Hamlet, is a 26-year veteran of the food industry, working his way up from a simple cook to a New York restaurateur. Subsequently, he returned to his home state of Virginia to begin a new chapter. And the Buena’Dillas idea was born.
