Join us for an Artisan Pasta Making Class, led by Chef Cole Elbel, and cook like a true Italian Nonna. Utilizing pure ingredients imported from Europe, Chef Cole will guide you in the step-by-step creation of tasty cavatelli pasta from scratch. The fresh pasta is then cooked and topped off with Chef Cole’s signature red sauce ending the event with a cozy and rewarding pasta dinner.
Each guest will get to take home a silicone dough scraper and wooden gnocchi board. The class includes welcome glass of wine with snacks, pasta making instruction, enjoyment of fruits of your labor!
