Edz and Cissi built an equipment barn and crush pad to house a reefer and all of their new processing equipment. They improved aesthetics by installing a new fence, the Vineyard View Deck, and added 1.5 acres of Petit Verdot to encompass the wedding ceremony space. They acquired by lease the 6-acre Tranquility Vineyard, and planted an additional 1,500 vines. And Cissi’s love of bubbles led to the debut of Peacock Farm Sparkling Rosé—a Charmat-method sparkling, produced and bottled by hand.
