As the Kitchen Manager (KM) at 8 Chains North your number one focus is providing consistent quality food for our guests. The successful KM is innovative, resourceful, excited about food, and genuinely cares about people. Your style is fun but focused and professional. You have confidence, can work on your own, but are very good with people. The KM reports to the Owners and has responsibility for kitchen equipment maintenance, overall safety and cleanliness, food and supply ordering, and overall food quality. The position offers quite a bit of culinary freedom within the framework of what a farm winery can offer. The KM works with the rest of the management team to define goals, drive sales, and develop innovative offerings for tasting room and special events guests.
